Dr. Harris is a board-certified cardiologist with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients with cardiovascular disease. He received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his training in cardiology before beginning decades of clinical practice. Dr. Harris is affiliated with Thomas Hospital and is known for his steady, experience-driven approach to patient care. He believes that clear communication and timely evaluation are essential to helping patients understand their heart health and make confident decisions about their care.

Dr. Moses is a double board-certified cardiologist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular disease. He completed his medical training at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and went on to complete his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Moses is certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography. He believes that excellent heart health begins with clear communication and collaborative decision-making between patient and physician.

Elizabeth Key joined Heart Group of the Eastern Shore in 2019.  She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University.  She is a board-certified physician assistant with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Elizabeth is originally from Winter Park, FL, but has lived in Fairhope for 7 years.  She and her husband Thomas have four children.  In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and being involved with Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church and Bayshore Christian School.

Michael Charles joined the Heart Group of the Eastern Shore in September 2020. He received his undergraduate nursing degree from the University of South Alabama and his master’s degree from The University of Alabama. He is a Board-Certified registered nurse practitioner from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Michael is originally from Wyoming and moved to Silverhill, Al in 2006 with his wife Sarah. They have two children. In Michael’s free time you will likely find him at one of his children’s sporting events wishing to be a player but instead designated to the parent spectator role.

Savannah Gilbert joined the Heart Group of the Eastern Shore after several years of experience as a registered nurse in both cardiology and critical care. She received her undergraduate nursing degree and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. Savannah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about patient education and compassionate care, and she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their healthcare journey.
